Si usted no ha viajado a España, usted puede usar los recursos en línea para elegir una ciudad para visitar. Su tarea: Listen to Amaya's video. She is talking about a specific city in Spain. For your blog post this week, choose a different city . Escuchar al video: In your blog post, recommend one city to visit in Spain. Include a photo of the city or a popular attraction that is in the city of your choosing. Include 3 reasons to visit the city in Spain you chose and 1 reason for why you would recommend it to a classmate. Follow the format in Amaya's video. Esta semana, vamos a pensar sobre nuestro país y la tierra que forma nuestro hogar. Calla 13 es una una banda puertorriqueño que canta de temas políticos y también hace comentarios sobre la cultura y temas latinoamericanas por medio de sus canciones. Esta semana, escucha a la canción Latinoamerica por Calle 13. Las letras están escrito en el video, pero para otra referencia, hacer click aquí . Vamos a aprender más sobre Día de los muertos esta semana en la clase de español. Este video, publicado por PBS, no usa ningunas palabras, pero todavía describe de que se trata este día. Hay muchos tipos de textos que no usan palabras. Esta semana, escucha y lee el cuento de Ricitos de Oro y los Tres Osos . El audio y el texto son en español, pero si no entiende, también hay la opción de traducir cada párrafo. Es un cuento muy popular y famoso, entonces, por favor trata de no usar las traducciones. Su tarea: While listening, look for 6 examples of the preterite and 6 examples of the imperfect tense. Write the entire sentence from the story that includes the verb tense. Bold the preterite or imperfect verb form. Then write which verb tense it is (pretérito or imperfecto) and the explanation why. Esta semana, vamos a leer sobre una latina inspiradora, Ellen Ochoa.  Ella esta en las noticias este año porque en mayo de 2017, se iniciará en Salón de Fama de Astronautas. Su responsabilidad esta semana es leer el artículo,  First Latina in Space Ellen Ochoa to be Inducted into the Astronaut Hall of Fame , escrito por Raquel Reichard, y esta entrevista con Ellen Ochoa del año 1999. Después, en su propio blog, contesta las siguientes preguntas. Ademas, en su propio blog, busca a un latino(a) inspiradora para compartir con sus alumnos.
